What I collect, and what I don't.

Adela Ventures LLC is a one-person consultancy. There is no marketing team, no data broker relationship, and nothing here is sold. This page describes exactly what happens to your information, in plain terms.
What I collect
Only what you hand over, plus what any web server records automatically.
- When you send a message or book a call — your name, email address, and whatever you write. Sometimes a website or company name if you include one.
- When you take the ops scorecard — your answers to the eight questions, and your email address if you choose to give it.
- When you use the chat assistant — the messages you type, passed to Anthropic to produce a reply. They are not written to any database of mine.
- Anonymous site measurement — page paths, clicks on important links, form starts and submissions, external referrer domains, and campaign labels when present. Form values, full referrer URLs, IP addresses, user agents, cookies, and visitor identifiers are not stored.
- Automatically — standard server logs kept by my host, including IP address, user agent, and which pages were requested.
Measurement is first-party, cookie-free, and aggregate. There is no Google Analytics, Meta pixel, session recording, fingerprinting, advertising cookie, or cross-site tracking. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals disable it.
Why I collect it
To reply to you, to run an engagement you have asked for, to understand which pages lead people toward a useful next step, to send email you have asked for, and to keep the site working and secure. Nothing else. I do not build advertising profiles and I do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for their own marketing.
Who processes it
These are the only third parties involved. Each operates under its own privacy policy, linked below.
VercelHosting and delivery
Serves the site. Keeps standard server logs, including IP address and user agent, for operational and security purposes.
SupabaseDatabase
Stores anything you submit through a form, plus anonymous first-party events such as page views and booking-link clicks. Those events contain no visitor identifier, IP address, user agent, or form value.
ResendEmail delivery
Sends replies and any email you have asked for. Records delivery events such as sent, delivered, opened, and bounced.
AnthropicThe chat assistant
Powers the assistant in the corner of the site. Messages you type there are sent to Anthropic to generate a reply. I do not store them.
Cal.comBooking
Handles diagnosis call scheduling. If you book, they collect your name, email, and the time you chose, under their own policy.
Google Maps PlatformBusiness lookup
Used in my own back-office tooling to look up public business listings. It is not called by anything you interact with on this site.
How long it is kept

The chat assistant
The assistant is powered by Claude, a model made by Anthropic. What you type is sent to their API to generate a reply and is subject to their privacy policy in transit. I do not log it, store it, or review it. Closing the tab ends the conversation.
It is a demonstration, not a support channel. Do not put confidential information, credentials, or anything about a specific client matter into it.
Your choices
Email me at Adeola@adelaventures.com and I will tell you what I hold about you, correct it, or delete it. There is no form and no verification hoop — I will just do it, usually the same day. Every email I send has a working unsubscribe link.
Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights over your data. Ask and I will honour them regardless of where you are.
If your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track, the site does not send measurement events. Because measurement events contain no visitor identifier, there is no individual analytics profile to access or delete.
Changes
If this page changes materially I will update the date at the top. There is no version history worth keeping for a business this size.
